Return & Refund Policy

At SHEYEL, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains when and how you can return, cancel, or request a refund for your order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or applicable e-commerce laws.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
After the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after successful inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Exception: If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a return will be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return through any of the following options:

After your return request is approved, pickup instructions will be shared. Please pack the item securely to prevent transit damage.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer-borne shipping: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect product sent.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when SHEYEL is at fault.
- Remote Areas: If return pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item using a reliable courier. Reimbursement (if applicable) will be communicated during the process.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days after product inspection.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are outside SHEYEL’s control.
- COD orders: refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order for best results.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be fully refunded.
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not supported. If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement product.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
In such cases, return shipping is free and you may choose a replacement or full refund.
9. Partial Return Policy
Partial returns are allowed only if the shipped order contains multiple items and only select items are defective.
10. Refund Refusal
Your return or refund request may be rejected if:
- The product shows clear signs of wear or damage not reported earlier
- Packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
- The return request is raised after the 15‑day window
- The item is non-returnable and not defective
- Repeated or suspicious return activity is detected
Items failing quality inspection will be returned to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
