At SHEYEL, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, on time, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, processing times, charges, tracking procedures, and how we handle delays or shipment-related issues.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. You may contact us to check if your location is serviceable. Delivery availability may vary for remote or hard-to-reach areas depending on courier partner coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If an item is out of stock or requires additional time, we will notify you with available options — including waiting, choosing an alternative, or cancellation.
After processing, shipping and tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch depend on the courier partner.
- Express Delivery: Available in select cities
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, operational constraints, high-demand periods (festivals, sales), or courier routing delays. We actively monitor shipments and will notify you if major delays occur.
Remote Area Deliveries: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable regions may require additional time depending on courier accessibility.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping charge, displayed at checkout
Any promotional or seasonal free-shipping offers will be visibly communicated on the product page or checkout page.
5. Risk of Loss
For your protection, risk of loss or damage transfers to you only upon successful delivery to your provided address. This ensures consumer safety and clarity under common e-commerce practices.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. Tracking typically updates every 6–12 hours based on the courier system. You can use the provided link to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
Some deliveries may require OTP verification or a signature for security purposes.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Unreachable phone number
- Incorrect address
- No one available to receive the package
The package may be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipping.
8. Address & Contact Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and mobile number are correct and reachable. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery delays or failed attempts.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for the best chance of modification before dispatch.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please capture photo/video proof of unboxing and contact us immediately. We may arrange a replacement, return or refund after verification. Return charges may be applied.
- Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
- Delivery Delays: While some delays may be outside our control, we commit to assisting you and providing full transparency throughout the resolution process.
10. Changing or Canceling Orders
You may request changes (such as address updates) or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
11. Courier Partner Disclaimer
SHEYEL works with trusted third-party courier partners. While we coordinate closely with them, operational delays or disruptions caused by courier networks are not under our direct control. However, we take responsibility for assisting you until the issue is resolved.
